Any quality free ones?

My isps suck :(

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

No. It's much more worth it to just fork over a few bucks a month and pay for access. The free ones generally don't support alt.binaries.* or have terribly low speeds (10 kbs max)

Sites like this one: http://www.elfqrin.com/hacklab/pages/nntpserv.php are a good start. In my experience, I could only browse the "good" newsgroups with free Russian servers.

I think prices run about $10 USD per month for 10 gigs of bandwidth. I believe http://www.usenet.com offers unrestricted access.

Most free newsgroup servers are ghosts or whatever you call them I think. I knew someone who was a part of one once. He was telling me about how they'd run some programs looking for vulnerable computers, then take control of them until they went out.

Torrents suck cock but http://www.powerusenet.com are worth a look, something like 8 euros for 4 threads and as much as you want in b/w per month. Speed wise i get about 1mb/s.

http://www.eurofeeds.com are also worth a try but they are a bit more expensive for a limited amount of b/w, which to me on a 10mb conn at work, can get quite expensive, cunts.
