A few weeks ago I found the Doom Remix Project, which is a bunch of original Doom songs redone by (semi) professional musicians. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Or I could just download it from, you know, a website. I bought it because I really like the game.

Super Metroid!!! Best game soundtrack ever made to the best game ever made!

Final Fantasy stuff (Libery Fatali, One Winged Angel, Snowfield Theme, Aerith Theme aka FF6 Opera Theme, much of random stuff from the FF9 Soundtrack especially the mediaeval intro theme.)

Castlevania 2 for the Gameboy!!! This shit rocks!

Metroid Prime - some fine temelin usage.

Vagrant Story

Gargoyle's Quest (GB)

that's true. great track.

a few of the others i like are:

Feel My Blade (not for the dramatic intro but for the second half. i like that it's kinda 'layered')

You Are Not Allone (the music perfectly fits the title and the scene)

Place of Memory
