Making pasta

I put two Tbls of olive oil in with pasta to stop it sticking together. Improves the taste too.

Almost anything made fresh is better.

Add olive oil (100% Italian).

You have to kneed it til its even...takes ~30 minutes to get it right, and its worth it big-time.
