Quite simple you need to draw in the frosted area whatever u are told to draw. It gets quite interesting near the end so don't spoil the suprise if you pass.

It acctually freaked me out a bit because I thought it was a game and it was coming from coors. I also forgot to turn my volume down because I just finished watching a xvid file and for some reason I have volume problems with it.

The one that really freaked me out was that car one, I think it was the first of these I saw.
