meh...waste of time and money to eat all the time...i now limit my calorie intake to 1200 a day max...i'm rock hard and never have to take a shit and when i do i rarely need to wipe... already reach my weight goal...now i must lose 5 more just for shits and giggles...questions?

i found that wearing slip on shoes reduces the amount of time needed to put shoes on
this is because you dont have to go through the devastating task of tying the laces up

I was eating 4500 calories a day a couple bulking phases ago, and i'm only 150-170 pounds. Geoff how much do you weigh?
