We definitely need to come up with some stipulations here, as dmmh is being mighty vague. When you say "release", good dmmh, are you talking about a formal written statement of relinquishment, or are you talking about the act of allowing a fluid to escape? Pulling out a word like "release" and expecting us to know exactly what you mean is pretty silly, don't you think?
