One new map is all. AFAIK no new vehicles, player models or skins. Maybe the new map just needs its own set of textures...

Well, it is EA. It's bound to be bloated, I guess. I was surprised to see it came with "only" 3 CDs, I was expecting 4 or 5. (Didn't get the DVD version as it was $15 more.)
