Just watched it. Incredible stuff.
Check out the forests about 5 minutes into the 20 minute video.
Amazing detail and physics :icon20:
The NPCs running their own little lives worries me.

the deer animation seems quite solid though
and heres a nitpic. they go about and show off the cool lighting effects of the torch and the shadows it casts between bricks et al, yet when the guard comes with his torch it does nothing other than add a lightsphere around him. pity

Holy shinkey's. That was astounding. Now it says its coming out for christmas, do you think even the most expensive computers can run that smoothly?

Yeah. Developers are finally using hardware shaders to describe environments. So long as you have a beefy video card that is compatible with shaders you are good.

Yea, I was actually about to upgrade my PC for this next wave of games. Was thinkin bout getting...
Athlon64 3700+ (San Diego)
XFX 7800GT OC'd
DFI LANParty Mobo (N-Force 4 Chipset)
I'll definitely be OCing the Athlon64 to hopefully around 2.5Ghz
