My bro did it for a few years but it was never perfect.
My other bro started wine and it is very good.
Any good recipes, tips?

Around here we have a small company called "Brew It Up" where you can make your own brew. It's really cool, but it's not quite homemade, as they have premade extracts and yeast strains for each recipe...

my sister makes her own wine, and cider, and cordial. The wine is deadly, brewed wine tastes nothing like shop bought grape wine, it depends entirely on what you make it from. She made some Oak leaf wine which was heavenly.

Main bit of advice is keep everything sterilised and clean.

codial is just fizzy, fruit flavoured liquid, it's not alcoholic.

Oak leaf wine is, unsupprisingly, wine made from fermented oak leaves.

Ever thought about pouring it in your car?
If you drink that you should run as fast as road runner.

So, really from the tree leaves?
It's not just like us getting the water out of maple trees and do sirup with it?

I'm living in Davis, which is in northern california. It's a cool town. There are a few hotties around, but I've yet to meet one that really interests me.

my granddad makes his own moonshine gin
he goes out and picks all kinds of fruits and lets it sit in big jerrycans with gin for a few months, adds some crap every now and then..
in the end it tastes like lemonade syrup :O

There are a few shops specializing in that area, they only sell brewing kits for beer or wine and the essence to start it.
For around 100$ you get everything you need to start brewing around 40 bottles of beer or 5 to 10 bottles of wine depending on the quality.
