It WAS just a graphic.

Now it's misunderstood. Laughing at poor government diagrams is symbolic of the blind sheepish response of people who are disappointed with the way things are going. But as anyone can see, anything related to a government activity can be rationally explained as a genuine attempt to do what they say they are doing.

They're trying their best here people - can't we just give the poor guys a break for a change?

It's a poorly made graphic, both for utility as well as for PR purposes.

That's the bottom line, and it's funny, dammit!

I'm not telling you to give them a break, I'm just saying it's not all that far out when you actually think about what it depicts

I'll agree with that. It's not that far out at all.

I'm just saying that as a professional attempt, it's pretty miserable, which is half of what I think makes it so darn funny. :icon32:
