GT legends new racing sim
it's going to be the next big thing in simulators.
if anyone is familiar with GPL, it has the same level of quality physics if not better, and it concentrates around cars from the 70's and 80's...it's much more polished than GPL in every aspect, just awsome,... there is a demo available out there, for instance fileshack has it.
go here for some screenshots, and info

How does this compare to Live for Speed ( http://www.liveforspeed.net )?

It's hard to tell since the demo has older cars and obviously not the supercars they promise in the full game, so the cars are loose compared to a new car souspension.r3t wrote:How does this compare to Live for Speed ( http://www.liveforspeed.net )?
but I'll tell you this when I started up the demo and the guy gave me the go to leave my garage, letting it go and turning the wheel gave me an instand stiffy, I knew at that very moment I had to hook up my steering wheel.
the graphix, animation and sounds are superior to LFS by any means, as for the physics I wouldn't want to quess untill I get a similar car comparable to both simulator, but from the few laps I've done it's "tip- top"
edit, not to mention the structural damage in the demo

yer, they need more driving shots, not replays. GT has been giving us jaw-dropping replays for years now.Tsakali_ wrote:here's a boner for ya

its a very famous video.
it was produced by RUF to pimp the "yellow bird"... the guy driving is steffan something; he is the ruf test driver.
used to be able to get it mail order from them.
now its quite easy to find on the net.. just google yellowbird and nurburgring.
thanks anyhoot, NS.

This is the best Nordschleife clip I've seen :icon14: Much better than the Yellowbird clips IMHO
It's a lap by Hans Stuck in a BMW M3 GTR from 2004 I believe. The configuration he drove includes part of the GP track.
The two links above are exactly the same (despite the different file names), so just pick whichever one works best for you. The file size is 53.4 MB.
Enjoy
