The remake doesn't even come close to Romero's masterpiece.
His subversive dark humor is an exteme rarity and should be celebrated.
The original is very dated but I think that only adds to it's appeal.

I watched the original one the other night and... Christ i nearly fell to sleep... If it wasn't for the wooden acting keeping me laughing i think i would be in a coma now...
