New comp parts, have i forgotten anything?
New comp parts, have i forgotten anything?
What do you think of this spec:
AMD Athlon 64 (San Diego) 3700 CPU Skt 939 San Diego Retail inc Heat Sink Fan 3 Years Warranty 090949 120 £156.66 £156.66
Abit KN8 Ultra SKT939 NF4 chipset Dual DDR400 PCI-E SATA ATX £62.11 £62.11
PNY GEFORCE 7800GT 256MB DDR3 PCI-E DUAL DVI/HDTV-out £217.85 £217.85
Antec TruePower 480 12V AC 480W ATX £42.54 £42.54
Total: £576.89
And out of my current system:
RAM
Hard Drives
DVD Combo Drive
Case
I dont think I can afford to go dual core, plus i dont see it being fully supported for a long time.
Dont think i'll go SLi because of the cost and limited compatibility...
Will the PSU be powerful enough?
What do you guys think of my decision?

Paying more for a psu because of the name rather than its quality. Enermax and Seasonic have been making better, quiter, and usually cheaper power supplies.DiscoDave wrote:Antec TruePower 480 12V AC 480W ATX £42.54 £42.54
