i play cod the most, and it doesn't have a lot of weapons - 1 button cycles primary/secondary/sidearm and the other does nades/satchel charges/smoke. scroll wheel controls stance.
for q3 weapons are on the wheel, and the thumb buttons are two weapon groups in order of preference. got a really good config for q3, shame it doesn't stop me from totally sucking at it.
btw, for anyone else who plays cod - put melee and use on the same button instead of having a button just for melee. then you can belt someone over the head and snatch their weapon at the same time.

rofl..I crushed some moron's feelings last night on esr cause he was using mouse3 to shoot and the mouse wheel to cycle through weapons...that has got to be the stupidest idea ever...imagine switching from rail to mg using this gay setup...let the ladies have their fun...I'll stick with having each weapon bound to it's own key...lol...morons

The ms 4.0 is a joke...you can't use mouse3 because of the tilt wheel bullshit..plus the sensor's wank compared to intellipoint 1.1a and 3.0/3.0A...any questions?

I have the mx700 and I never asked for anything esle it's perfect for me, I see no sane reason to upgrade, other than not already having a mouse of this family
