Where are the female in Quake4?

I remember loads of people used them in Quake 2 but I don't see or hear anything about them for Quake 4.

They didn't want to add more poly's in a scene if you'll notice all the characters have the same body, only different heads and texture combinations.

People tend to shy away from females in games due to a simple fact. Its the hair. Its very hard to get hair working and looking right, unless you make it hsort or tie it up.
