I am looking for a list of colleges in that location
does anyone have any experiance in that city/state?

The west coast beckons.... can't complain about disasters much except for that earthquake in 1989 that scared the shit out of me.

yes, move from a flooding/hurricane zone to a geologically unstable zone, that's much safer
