No, it isn't. I use the free version everyday.

The free servers have a bandwidth limit, but are fine for IM. I've even downloaded a couple things via bittorrent through using the free service.

I wonder if you use Windows XP and haven't disabled Run As in group Policy.

we block the executable from running on WinXP/2k and MAC... it detects the executable running and kills the process.. we also disable all the spyware crap, hotbar, webshots, weatherbug, gain, gator, etc..

fun way to annoy someone; add an .exe in their autoexec file and/or startup folder.

they kinda did the same thing where i work (although our team has full admin rights), and it restarts the computer whenever it finds an installing executable running on normal computers.
