You're right they are morons for enlisting and volunteering to go to these places to serve and protect the country (US AND UK) in which you sit back and take for granted.
belive me, Soldier and st00pid and two words that are synonomous with each other and can quite easily be integrated as well. But I would never ever, picture a dead or dieing soldier on an internet chat board to get attention nor would I ever belittle those that have died to protect and serve.
