Well I'm thinking about the Ariens ALM 21S3 with a Honda 5.5 HP engine. Some of the features are pretty awesome. Especially the

Easy Clean Deck to conveniently clean your deck by attaching an optional fitting to a standard garden hose.

and the

Single Lever Height Adjustment with seven cutting height positions

which was a serious bitch with the Toro, couldn't ever really get all the wheels level.

Any thoughts on Ariens?

I used on of those ancient mowers myself. They did work rather well. Much easier than you might think.

Well we went and bought an Ariens ALM 21S3 today. Awesome mower. The thing was sitting in the showroom, never had any gas in it, the dude put some gas and oil in and it started first pull. I love Honda engines.

That bag is easy as hell to get on and off. The Toro was a little bitch when it came to the bag, but this thing is easy as hell.

That Honda GCV 160 is awesome. It is quiet, powerful, and easy to start.

That I just love. Simply amazing, the whole mower goes up or down with ease, makes mowing other yards and other places easier then with the Toro, which was all seized up and I never adjusted it
