I noticed q3w constantly timesout/not available throughout the day? Any idea what causes this and why it hasn't been fixed?

I tried to access q3w from 3 different places and have had the same thing happen. No one else gets this?

I have been logging in at least 3 or 4 times across the last few days
( Q3W Map (stickied) Archive
) and haven't had a problem

I have. Frequently.
Hitting F5 solves the problem though, so I don't care.
