I get the same thing when I'm up late working or playing on the PC.
Something about a computer or monitor just gets your brain going 100 mph, and it takes a little while to wind back down.

Ride the bike in the day and sleep in the night like you ment too
Physical exersion makes you tired (wanking doesnt count)
Just a susgestion thats helped me as i have had problems
sleeping for years. I find that a good days exercise really
takes it outta me. As does a day at the beech because of
the fresh air and what not.
It was only a thought that was ment to help
