The correct answer is China, if you said anything else but China your a moron.
china; they have a growth economy. One of the largest population in the world. Their history is full of authority, domination, tradition and pride. The country has invested serious money to put it's companies to put them at the forefront of technical fields.
Sense it's economy has a relatively fresh start, it's not bogged down like some of the other economies. Plus they can bid low, and be making a huge profit from their end.
I though we would end up in a war with them. Because they've taken many aggressive steps. Such as creating scatter tipped missiles and rockets capable of reaching the us. Made with machines loaned to them by the us to make air planes. The contract had sticked rules for those machines, witch they agreed to, and then ignored blatantly.
Plus they shot down a us observation plane with f-18s, and then seaved the down plane. Holding it for a period of days. At witch point they released the pilots, but not the plane. Keeping all it's technology.
War can be a boom for economies.
But then the us got lost in the hole let go get oil thing.

It will be the Alliance of China and Russia.
Russia has the resources and China has the ambition, and economic engine and their technological assets compliment each other.
Besides, both are run by thugs with the ambition to and they have more than 1 billion who know kung fu on their side so who can stop them??
