ive heard the board is very good, its what i was gunna upgrade to a few mnths back but aint quite got round to it yet :/
ive gone off MSI ever since i had there last one (it was like a k87n neo or somming i think) but i had nothing but compatibility issues with it for months and months
and i wont be getting one again

Well.. page 1 was more of me figuring out what mobo i was gonna buy..

it seems like every time someone is going to up upgrade everyone says to wait until this or that new card/mobo/processor is out...
then when the new card/mobo/processor is out, the recommendation is to wait until the prices drop below their initially high levels at release time. by the time said prices drop, the advice is to, again, wait until the new card/mobo/processor is out...
so here's a question -
what is it that finally makes one bite the bullet and buy a system, realizing that in a few months prices will have dropped and better shit will be available?

Im upgrading because F.E.A.R. comes out soon, and 1280x1024 in full detail with no AA isnt enough.. i want 8X and 16X all the time..
