Is this a credible mainstream news network over there? Is it popular?

I was a little surprised when I came across the article, just curious if it is being widely seen or not, and if it's being taken seriously.

It's broadcasted everyday....just between the 6 and 7 pm news. They have nice news documentaries (if I'm able to see it). It's quite credible, yes.
