Seems that the credit card companies want to rush through the laws to make it harder for Katrina people from claiming bankruptcy.
Take that poor people.

Yea, there's apparently a clause in the new bankruptcy bill stating SPECIFICALLY, that kids who have Pell grants have to pay them back, if their education is cut short due to a natural disaster.

Dems in Congress are trying to make that not apply to Katrina victims now.

i still think its funny that due to legal fees and such, you need a bunch of money (the one thing you presumably don't have any of) to actually file bankrupcy...
