So, what about on the local level? Mayor Vin Diesel fucked up big time by not implementing his disaster plan to use public and school transprotation to move the poor and sick out in the event of an emergency.

Here is some pics of a lot full of floating school buses right by the superdome. I laughed when he started cursing out the government when he himself did not follw the plan his local govt laid out.
