not only that, but why would they tell an average joe to expect 40000 bodies where he prolly wouldnt be able to get through 40000 bodies in a year

And Im betting on a cover up figure of 2000 dead, just under the 9/11 level to not make it look as bad, and the electoral and census records will mysteriously be discovered destroyed in the flood.
