Wtf was that program that unlocked your windows password.. i have a friend who installed some shit app or something and it changed his password or something, i dunno.. its weird..

anyways, hes on his way here with it and i seem to of misplaced the app to do it.. and cant fucking remember the name.. so yeah, help?

Cant.. to much shit that will get lost.. gonna log on from a remote machine and see what i can do..

After digging a little, it seems something set a local policy to stop users from logging on locally.. fucking wack..

Thanks.. Sadly its not a password issues now.. and it refuses to let me go into safe mode.. i really need to run this tool on it but its also not getting an IP from my router..

Well, i just booted to repair console, renamed the windows folder, reinstalled, he backed up and hes updating now.. worked ok in the end.. sigh..

Knoppix is more of a great resource and security tool, not so much for hacking. what you describe is what happens when good software gets in the hands of script kiddies.
