I've seen that on one of those Police Crazy Video thingies on Channel 5 in the UK with that REALLY annoying cop that talks and has to Rhyme every 5 seconds...

If your a crook in Philly.... *cop sirens, car crashes etc* You better watch out.... *more sirens and crashing*... Because the cops want your willy!

We have a similar show here in the States, World's Wildest Police Videos. The host is a complete knob named John Bunnell, and he over-dramatizes the FUCK out of everything.

Example:
"The desparate driver careens wildly out of control, nearly annihilating an innocent motorist!"

*car moves 3 inches in his own lane, 30 feet from nearest car*

"The police are hot on the felon's tail!"

*aerial shot of a single cop car, 150 yards behind the guy he's chasing for a broken taillight*

The guy's the biggest douche on the planet, and I wish he'd get broadsided while riding with one of the cops.
