His excuse for not wanting to talk about the softwood agreement between the us and canada is that he's too busy. :dork: I mean I can understand with what's going on down there but to just flat out state you're too busy to deal with a problem ripping off Canadians rather than delaying it is well... high schoolish isn't it?
