ebay help/troubles

Ordered a 1 gig mem stick off ebay for a mate and
i have been given a tracking number for ups and
the item in question has been accepted...??

Whats the deal, what are my rights?

UPS.com if you didn't sign for it, they'll give you name/address of who signed for it. Ebay and the seller have no problems with the transaction, you need to follow up with UPS. It's no different than sending anything Fedex or UPS, you have to follow up with them if it's misdirected or lost.
