Last time they eventually discovered it was a fish of some kind when they first thought they had found chupacabra.

its not fake. that pic might be but they really caught something and its being investigated. saw it on local news...
a defining attribute of a government is that it has a monopoly on the legitimate exercise of violence...

What a bunch of crap, I remember there was some dry sting ray found in the desert and people thought it was a dead chupacabra.
