Best way to reencode a file?

Post by shiznit »

So basicly I'm messing around with fraps, and I recorded a 3 min file of some gameplay. The problem is that this 3 min file is 1.7 GB. What's the best way to reencode it with out too much quality lose? Thanks.

I use Virtual Dub with X random codec of the week..
[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.
