My boss needs a new comp. Suggestions please. :)

He just needs the tower, and wants a fast one(its for his wife, and sims 2 :\) that he wont have to update for a while. Looking to spend about $600-700. Where can I find a comp somewhat like this for that price.

CPU 3 gig or equiv.
512mb ram
6600, or equiv. ATI card

Weve looked at dell, gateway, hp, and whatnot, but not finding exaclty what we need. Mainy cause most of them come with onboard video, and to upgrade to a nice card is $150 or more.

build him one and take a steaming shit in it

then plaster the case with 'void if removed' stickers all over it
