Hmm, I'm trying to do some Quake mapping here, I used to work with Quakr, and that still works great. But there is a problem with Quark, it doesen't display measurements on brushsides like radiant and hammer does, that sucks alot. So I decided to try using radiant, I downloaded GTK1.5 and installed it using only Quake (1) as option, I have set the correct path but I don't get how to see textures or anything. I've tried searching for this but func_messageboard which seems to be the largest Quake(1) mapping community, that site is deranged, I don't know how to navigate it... (:icon32: )

I love func_msgboard and their "system" :icon26:
Though I can't help you. I guess it must be something wrong with the path you set.
Try to ask right there.

hm, and in fact iirc you need to download quake101.wad separately since textures are written into the BSP. god only knows where you're going to get that from though
I know, once I had those damn quake textures as wads, but not any more, pretty annoying... I might just skip this... or wait till QuArk gets those measurement lines like Rad and Hammer has..

Someone made a thread recently about the quake101.wad. Lemme dig it up.
