I think it will be Q3 feeling with added stuff. I like it. It gives it familiarity, but you still have new stuff to learn and practice on. If it had been a Q3 port it wouldn't have been live for long.

This sounds pretty much like a positive, slight evolution in Quake III gameplay. I'm pleased, judging just by his descriptions. I mean, the more movement tricks there are, the more skill that is required to navigate the map at a high level. That's good.

If you jump on a ledge and press jump fast several times after each other you jump once normal hight then the second jump can be very high and you can get to places that are normally to high to get to. It's from Q2 and I think it is in Q3:CPMA also.
