Making fun of me? lol you call any of this making fun of me? While I'm building muscle and burning fat, your ass is getting huge and you're becoming the ideal American image of a man. If you truly want to hurt my feelings, come meet me, get to know me, then when you understand who I am and why I do the things I do, then, and only then, could you attempt to 'make fun' of me. Flames on an internet forum are simply proof that you really have nothing better to do, and while the entire world is going on, you, as I've said before, are wasting away, earning money like the fat, greasy american pig you are.

Nice attempts at the fantasy flames mate. I'm 6' @ 165 lbs of solid, lean muscle. I work out 4 days a week and work every muscle group. I'm on a strict lean, muscle building diet, and work hard at it.

Yeah, I consulted a few personal trainers I know and am eating a pretty much high protien mixed with a low fat diet so I can build lean muscle.
So far, after 3 months of this routine with very little slacking in my weekly routine, I've gained over 15 pounds of lean muscle.
I tried eating what I needed to to gain weight but that wasn't quite cutting it so I added in some 100% whey protien shakes to get my protien intake up to where it needs to be because I need to consume almost 1 gram of protien of every pound of body weight. It's going really well and thanks for the advice man. I took all the advice everyone gave me and put a routine together that worked well for me and I'm really happy with my forward progress and results.
