Best GPS navigation software for PDA?

I'm looking to buy some GPS software for navigation use in my car. I see there are quite a bit of alternatives I can use, but because I have no experience with GPS navigation from a PDA, I'm completely blank. At the moment, I have found three (major) programs that seem useable:

Tomtom Navigator 5
Destinator 3
Alturion 6

I was wondering if anyone have experience with any of these program, and can tell me which would work the best, or at least, which worked the best for you!

Perhaps some suggestions to GPS hardware as well. I am using a IPAQ PDA.

TomTom.

I use Destinator on my Laptop though and I love it but if I could I'd use TomTom.
