bit predictable, and swiss cheese for a plot, but good stuff.

The first one was enjoyable to watch, sort of reminded me of se7en. However se7en was obviously better.

The acting was the worst ever. The idea was cool for a horror film, but my god they need to get better actors and dialogue.

i'm going to pretend i didn't hear this. I was gonna watch Saw this week.

Same thing happened when I watched The Talented Mr Ripley a few days ago, and i remembered half way through that there was a sequel called Ripley's Game, which ruined the suspense.

I guess im old. Horror movies just play the same old plots, you know whats coming, rarely is anything inventive or imaginative, i just cant watch them anymore.

Mind you i grew up in the day of nightmare, friday, phantasm, hellraiser, evil dead. we all used to love them, so at this point is all old hat.

Now made for TV dramas on Oxygen, thats where its at. Wanna talk about scarey, try to sit through that without peeing your pants.

I liked the first one quite a bit. A few plot holes, and the acting was a little under -- but it's a horror movie, not a Shakespeareian drama unfolding. I enjoyed it.

Not sure how they could really do a decent sequel after the first one, but I'll probably check it out anyway.

The acting was at par with grade 3 christmas plays.
