Photo printers?

Post by R00k »

I'm on the market for a decent color printer, so I can print out some of my pics on photo paper for family and such.

Does anybody have any experience doing this, who could maybe recommend the best bang for my buck when I get one?

Thanks. :)

When you buy cheap, you buy often.

The Epson Stylus Photo R1800 is what I use. I also have an ALPS MD5000 which prints white, silver, and gold ink... Unfortunately, I'm running low on white, and it's extremely hard to find the ink anymore.

My father bought an Epson Stylus Photo (Rx 500? - not sure about the model) just for printing out some photos for family and such and I was pretty impressed. No fucking lines in the print, much better quality than my 2 year old Canon S-Series model.
