rep: Rocket jumping was never gone. I invented a grenade+RJ combo in DOOM 3 from the bottom of The Edge to the top.

The first clip is said innovative trick. The second clip is something I haven't seen others do, but it's easy so it's probably been done. The rest is stuff from RA3. I bet I'm called a bot. There's plenty more where that came from. In case you're wondering why it took 7 rails and a rocket to kill that guy, we were playing with 200/200 health/armor settings and I was using handicap 50 as usual.

Never been done in DOOM 3, bud. That demo was recorded right after DOOM 3 shipped, so shove it. Trust me, if you want to see ridiculous jumping that you'd never imagine, I can probably find some old shit from rocket arena. :lol:

lol as if that matters. It's not as if no one ever thought of a grenade/rocketjump before. It's not innovative, it's just a rocket/grenade jump. I really don't see what's so special about that

the first q3 duel thingy was obviously cut just before you jump up the jumppad while wielding a rail.
not saying you rigged it.. it was prolly just to cut down the unused footage or summat
and I'd think youd have a better rail than that. no way are people calling you a bot for those moves :P
LOL I was going to post it immediately because it was the first demo I recorded. Then I opened up the folder and saw the file size. Thanks for the compliment, riddla. I guarantee you you won't find these demos anywhere else.
Edit: Oh, I wasn't coming up the jumppad at all there, that's two different clips. The first where I was railing that guy was in a 2v2 match. The dude I pushed around with my LG was a 1v1 match.
