Probably the best of all the Vista ports so far. I'm using the compact 48 version.

You're whining about me posting a Windows theme because you have nothing better to do. Sad.

Have you installed the beta already or are you waiting for the official public release?

I'm not a part of the beta program. Also, I see this as being just like Whistler was. The final Vista product will probably look wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy different and act even more different.

I'm going to download it. I had a copy of 2003 Server beta and it ran very well.

I was given two copies of that for some reason. (In the gray CD sheath.)

I never ran it, but from what I've heard it's pretty stable. That's what Vista is based on.

Hey Mogul.

Install the UXtheme patcher. See, Microsoft thought it would be cool to deny themes other than official Microsoft ones. Of course, someone cracked that feature in nanoseconds just like everything else.

http://www.windowsx.cc/download/nw_uxpatcher.zip

Then extract any visual styles (.msstyles) you download into their own folders under Windows\Resources\Themes

So if the theme is called, "ThongSong," then put it into a folder named that.

After this, you can change your theme in display properties in the appearance tab.
