Well, at lest for 5-6 weeks.
Tomorrow i'll start my tour through southern europe with a few friends and our volkswagen bus. The route is something like:
France(Bordeau)
Suisse (Streetparade@Zürich)->France (Camargue)->Italy->Croatia
I'll take some pics for your amusement

Someone I know is in Croatia right now. What parts will you be stopping by at? She says the Cascading Lakes (can't remember the Croatian name for it) is definitely worth a stop. I've seen pictures and I believe her, so you should check it out. Have fun.

we just thought it'd be nice to visit the country for like 2 weeks and drive along the coast.

I believe the name of these lakes is something like "Plitvice" ....

go to venice while you're in italy. park in mestre and take the train across the lagoon. everyone should visit venice at least once in their life
