No, the content was actually in the game - Rockstart finally admitted this. The initial download allowed the mini game to be accessed. I think it is available on the Xbox and PS2 versions as well, throwing the 'mod' idea out the window (that was rockstars initial defense I believe).

Who cares, its still adult rated FFS, so it shouldn't matter, the kid was underage.

Its against the LAW for a kid to be playing a game like that. In other words, the kid and his parents should be the ones getting busted ffs...

I don't believe for one second she was concerned about the sexual content of the game. In my view she leapt on the bandwagon of recent bad press targeting the game company, made a few calls and was advised there could be money in it for her.

She is merely playing the system

well its only available through hacking on the consoles so.

also, they are now rereleasing the game without the sexual hidden unaccessable code, yet it still has to have an AO rating. whats up with that?
when the ESRB didnt know about the minigame it was M rated, now they know about it and rate it AO, even though the code has been removed
