Allergic reaction
I bought some random spicy Asian noodle soups yesterday, and I was having hot flashes for a large part of the evening and during the night I was feeling like shit basically and now I got about 10 red dots around my body. At first I confused them for misquote bites because they look identical and I always feel like scratching them, I’m pretty certain now it’s some type of an allergic reaction. Which means I must be allergic to something, however I disposed of the containers already and I don’t know what the hell was in it. I think it was some odd spice or something in one of the soups, I don’t recall the name.
Should I go see a doctor? I don’t really feel sick or anything just a few scratchy spots, also what are some common spices used in Asian cooking?

try some benadryl to relieve the itching. Your best bet if you want to know is to buy those soups again and check the ingrediants, then get allergy test for those specific ingrediants.
