Anybody here with or had a Samsung d500?

I'm about 2 seconds away from throwing it at the wall...

Ok, ever since I've had it, I've had problems. The main one being a problem with my signal. Where I live, I get a poor signal (1-2 bars, maybe even none), but I can still send messages on my other phones. However, with the D500, it wont. Instead, it forces me to not do anything. All I get is "limited Service" on the screen, and a phone with a red line through it, and nothing else... I cant make any calls. I cant send or recieve texts, nothing. Always had this, but I've also always thought it was just my bad signal playing up.

Anyways, today, I'm sitting there trying to send a message, with 4 bars. 4 bars. And then, "NO SORRY CANT DO THAT SIR" pops up and I get the "limited service" message, even though straight in front of me I have 4 bars. Make your fucking mind up...

So, I cant send or receieve messages/calls at all, and I'm forced to use my house phone, which is stupid because I have a contract just so I dont use the house phone... Blah...

Wouldn't be so bad but the misus is away for a week, and we talk all the time...

Oh yeah, and 3 days ago, for no reason, my phones "up" button just stopped working. No reason, no drop, no bump, but stopped working.

Blah...

According to google, there are a lot of people with the same "Limited service" problem and it appears to be a software fault. Nice of them to sell this to me knowing that.

Anybody else ever have or hear about this problem? If not i'll take it back tomorrow (Will do anyway) and get them to give me another... Fuck.

As for samsung them self's, they usually make a quality+++ product..

I heard the D500 had lots of features and crappy software.

I think my next cellphone will be another SonyEricsson. They're really good.
