He's still going to be part of the discovery team but doing more work on the background. He's not going to ride the bicycle himself but more of a coach for the team I think.

He has an enlarged heart, which supposedly allows him to keep more stamina over longer distances then other riders (seeing as it beats less per minute than a 'normal' heart). Some people would probably consider that cheating 'omg he has a built-in hax!' but I think he was a true sportsman that was at the top of his game. :tu:

All professional cyclists - in fact almost all professional athletes, especially the endurance specialists - have the same. It's a normal physiological response to lots of endurance training.
