1. http://www.ngemu.com/ for newer consoles. http://www.arcadeathome.com/console.phtml For others, they are scored on that site.
2. Atari 2600, nes, snes, genesis, 32x, n64, mame, and have tried many others. :)
3. IRC, or a Burner.

EDIT: Check your pm

From my experience, I haven't had much problems with emulators for older systems. You might have to try different plug-ins for PSX/N64 and the ROMs are not as widely as available.

MAME32 for Arcade
GENS for Genesis/CD/32x
Nesticle for NES
DOSBox/ScummVM for old PC Games

hm...i was going to say that if you cant find jet force gemini original copy for n64 you might be able to get it when it comes out for revolution but i dont know if thats possible seeing that Rare made the game.

also i didnt bother to check out your links there but you might want to edit them out if you can download roms from there (forum policy).

edit: whered you go killerinstinct

Erm, yes? Just like the PSX version its a remade game. The psx version and n64 are both different, but both way more better and advanced than the PC version was. It was also a lot more fun to play them single player.
