well-educated and responsible white people have decided that the lives of arabs don't matter as much as those of other white people, so we have to accept their judgement because they know what's best :dork:

and did you note your freudian slip in posting "at least 45" when the article says 75? you see, the rot has infected even you tnf :icon25:
The number of casualties listed in the article was 45 when I posted, it rose steadily over the next 24 hours. No slip.

Maybe, but part of that has to do with the fact that the media in the US and UK are totally wired and getting information out is easy. Most American news corporations have a London office, but I doubt many have one at the southern tip of the Sinai. I dont think the media would pass up another opportuity for ramming fear down our throats. If there was just one American at Sharm el-Sheikh, our media would go nuts, but without video, they don't have all the components necessary to make a story they can beat to death out of it.

Call me crazy, but if an Aljazeera reporter showed up on scene in the first hour with a camera crew, I dont think we're going to see that person on CNN or FOX.

STOP WITH YOUR BLIND SUPPORT OF FOX NEWS!!!!!! :p

There wasn't much tsunami video coverage at first either until 1) they found out how many people died and 2) they got video crews over there.

STOP BEING AN APOLOGIST FOR THE BIASED AMERICAN MEDIA!!!

I'm kidding, btw. You make a good point as far as camera crews being there...but I still think there was a lot less 'talk' about it.

all it takes is one anglo death... look at Bali, they beat that into the ground.

I think the Natalie Holloway thing has lasted as long as it has because everyone wanted to spend a few weeks working on their tans in Aruba

You keep hearing about these terrorists masterminds that get killed in the middle east.
Terrorists masterminds.
Mastermind is sort of a lofty way to describe what these guys do, don't you think?
They're not masterminds.
"OK, you take bomb, right? And you put in your backpack. And you get on bus and you blow yourself up. Alright?"
"Why do I have to blow myself up? Why can't I just:"
"Who's the fucking mastermind here? Me or you?"
