I heard the same eyewitness report on BBCA this morning. I was rather shocked tbh, to have the guy down on the ground and THEN unload on him. I'm thinking that either the dude had explosives on him and was trying to detonate them, or the cops were American-trained.

That Euros are just as prone to violence as Americans supposedly are. As far as I know, American police haven't gone around gunning down suspected bombers yet.
Of course we're not talking about that. We're talking about the urgency generated by 'terrorism.' It's not as if Americans have trained the Brits to behave.
